MyorThrive dietitians provide parents with proactive strategies and educational resources to address health issues from the earliest stages, ensuring optimal health outcomes for children. Our nutritionists and dietitians offer both telehealth and on-site consultations with registered nutritionists near you.
  • 2. What makes MyorThrive dietitians unique?
    Our providers are all Registered Dietitian Nutritionists with specialized training in pediatric and maternal nutrition. They have all completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, passed a national exam administered by the Commission of Dietetic Registration and received licensure in at least one state. They’ve all completed an accredited course covering the latest research in food allergies, atopic dermatitis, and dietary health for mothers and infants and are the only dietitians or nutritionists nationwide outfitted with the revolutionary MyorCare allergy prediction solution

Insurance Terms To Know

Coinsurance

After you've met your deductible, coinsurance is the percentage of costs you share with your insurance company for a covered healthcare service.


 

Copay

A fixed amount you pay for a covered healthcare service at the time of your visit. The copay amount varies depending on the service and is often separate from your deductible
and coinsurance.
 

Deductible

The amount you must pay out-of-pocket for covered healthcare services before your insurance company begins to pay its share.

Preventive care

Routine healthcare services that help prevent illness or detect health problems early. Preventive care is often fully covered by insurance, meaning you won’t have to pay out-of-pocket for these services.
 

Superbill

A detailed receipt we give patients to submit for reimbursement if they see us out-of-network.



 

Out of pocket maximum

The maximum amount you pay during a policy year for covered healthcare services, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. After you reach this limit, your insurance covers 100% of the costs for covered services for
the rest of the year.
