My journey into prenatal and infant nutrition began with a simple belief: Every parent and child deserve access to personalized, compassionate nutrition care. Therefore, I’m on a mission to provide accessible nutrition care services so that our families can thrive mentally, physically and spiritually. As your dietitian, you can expect me to meet you where you are. I will listen and guide you towards an enhanced level of clarity in a world full of food noise, improving your relationship with food and overall health. I provide personalized care focused on women’s health and perinatal nutrition including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, maternal diabetes, digestive health and food allergy prevention. While working together, we will co-create a plan to provide you and your family with the support and tools you need to optimize fertility, boost maternal nutrition, and thrive postpartum!
