- 10 oz (300 g) chicken breast
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup ground nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, or pine nuts all work well)

Instructions for Making Chicken, Carrot, and Nut Puree
- Cook the Chicken and Carrots: In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the chicken breast and sliced carrots. Let them cook for about 10–15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the carrots are tender.
- Blend the Ingredients: Transfer the cooked chicken, carrots, and ground nuts to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding a little water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve and Enjoy: Allow the puree to cool before serving it to your baby. This recipe makes enough to store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for later use.
