Instructions for Making Zucchini Fries with Soy Sauce Glaze:

  1. Prep the Zucchini: Start by cutting the zucchinis into ¼ inch sticks—perfectly sized for little hands to grab and munch on.

  2. Heat the Oil: In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Cook the Zucchini: Add the zucchini sticks to the pan with the garlic. Cook until they turn golden brown and can be easily pierced with a knife—this usually takes about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add the Flavor: Pour the soy sauce and maple syrup into the pan with the zucchini. Stir well to coat all the pieces.

  5. Simmer: Cover the pan and let the zucchini simmer in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to soak in and the zucchini to soften even more.

This recipe is sure to become a favorite for both you and your little one. Enjoy watching them savor every bite!
