I am a registered dietitian, a lactation consultant and a certified specialist in pediatric nutrition. I have been working in some of the top children's hospitals in the northeast for 10+ years. Now as a toddler Mom myself, I can truly appreciate the advice I've been preaching all these years. My specialties include pediatric nutrition, disordered eating, pregnancy/fertility/post partum nutrition and picky eating - and so much more. I take pride on providing families with practical advice that works in daily life and taking some of the stress out of the feeding experience!
