A bowl of creamy banana and peanut butter oatmeal, perfect for a baby’s breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats

  • ½ cup water or milk

  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Instructions for Making Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal:

1. Cook the Oats

Begin by bringing water or milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Once it’s boiling, add the quick-cooking oats. Cook for about a minute, then turn off the heat. Let the oats cool for 10 minutes so they’re safe for your baby to eat.

2. Add the Banana and Peanut Butter

Once the oats have cooled, mix in the mashed banana and peanut butter. Stir until everything is well combined, creating a creamy and delicious oatmeal that your baby will love.

Serving Tips

Serve the oatmeal slightly warm. You can substitute non-dairy milk for the water or milk if your baby has dairy sensitivities. Additionally, any nut butter can be used in place of peanut butter if preferred.

This Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients essential for your baby’s growth. It’s a perfect way to introduce your little one to new flavors and textures while ensuring they get a balanced start to their day.
